Unlike regular sex dolls that can’t interact with you, sex doll robots with AI can interact with you much like a real girlfriend. Our AI sex doll robots can listen, speak, and learn. The more you talk to your doll the smarter they become.
A good sex doll will last up to 10 years depending on usage and care. A sex doll that gets frequently used and moved will be more likely to suffer wear and tear. Our dolls are made from new high-quality materials and undergo rigorous quality control tests before they leave the factory. The modified TPE skin we used is the most advanced TPE material available and has twice the elasticity and durability of the TPE material used for most every TPE doll available today.
We stand behind our product with a 1 year electromechanical warranty covering all non-human damage and repairs, and 4-year paid service warranty after the first year.
Yes ,the advanced TPE material used for our sex dolls is 100% safe and is food grade TPE. Additionally, the advanced M-TYPE TPE material twice as elastic and twice as durable as the TPE used for most sex dolls today.
YES, sex dolls are legal with the exception of CHILD-LIKE sex dolls which are banned in Canada, UK, USA and Australia. Our sex dolls replicate adult woman only.
The built-in or fixed vagina part of the doll is just like a real woman. The removable vagina is a sleeve or insert that you can remove. The tube is held in place by the doll’s labia.
Which is better? Most of our customers prefer the removable insert because it is easier to clean and you can replace it in the future if it becomes damaged or worn.
We recommend the removable insert option as well – much easier and quicker to clean and maintain. From a realism perspective, from the outside, the vagina with removable insert has the same appearance as the built in vagina and it will feel the same as well.
Hotrealdolls dolls come with high quality synthetic wigs that can be removed for styling, cleaning or full replacement with any commercial wig. When brushing a long wig, it is best to use a metal brush or comb and start brushing small sections near the ends of the hair. Brush the sections of hair about 3 inches from the ends until they are smooth and gradually move the wig up towards the "scalp". This will avoid tangling the wigs. Synthetic fiber wigs are easier to maintain than human hair wigs.
Inside the wigs there are small clips on the back that allow you to adjust the fit of the wig on the skull. Make the wig as tight as possible. If you still want it to be held more securely in place, you can use standard wig pins available at any wig store and pin the wig directly onto the skullcap.
Liquid eyeliner and powder cosmetics (blush, eye shadow, powder foundation, etc.) work very well on companion robot dolls. However, cream / oil based makeup (such as liquid foundation) will not disperse well on the M-TPE material. Eyebrow pencil and lipstick can be applied with reasonable effectiveness and these cosmetics can be easily removed. Otherwise, your robotic pet doll can be cleaned with normal cosmetic cleaners and / or mild detergents. Avoid too greasy solvents, as they will be difficult to clean from silicone skin.
The pulp material M-TPE can withstand the heat of hot water. You can immerse your robotic doll in a hot bath, but keep the water away from the computer head and protect the charging ports from water. The heating charging port is located on the upper back of the robot, just below the neck. Water can damage electronic components, so keep it out of the water to avoid damage. The robot dolls have heating adapters in the back to give them realistic body heat. A special modified M-TPE meat of a robot pet doll retains heat very efficiently
PURCHASE AND PAYMENT QUESTIONS
Currently, we have several payment methods available:
- Pay by credit card.PayPal processes our credit card payments because their security features and buyer protection are second to none. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card, all you need is a valid credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.
On the checkout page click on the orange “PayPal Checkout” button near the bottom of the page. Click on the button “Pay with a Credit or Visa Debit Card” (see below). You will not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card through PayPal. We can also facilitate splitting your purchase across more than one credit card if you have an insufficient credit card limit on a single card. - Payment with PAYPAL account. On the Website payment page select the orange button “PayPal check out” at the end of the page. Access to your PayPal account in order to pay. When you pay using your PayPal account you are protected by PayPal purchase protection term.
- Pay by Cheque or Bank Wire Transfer.We understand that you may not have the available room on your credit card for a large purchase, so we are glad to accept your personal cheque or you can send the funds by bank wire transfer. Contact us for detailed instructions to expedite your order.
- Financing.Financing is currently not available. However, we can work you split your purchase across multiple payment options. For example, you can use more than one credit card, split your purchase between Paypal and credit card, split between credit card and direct payment. Contact us to make these arrangements.
Our transactions are processed through PayPal and you receive PayPal’s buyer protection. You are protected whether you pay directly through your PayPal account or via Credit Card. If you don’t receive the product as advertised or you don’t receive it at all PayPal will refund your purchase under their Buyer’s Protection.

All prices are stated in EURO and your transaction will be charged in EURO.
You will never have to pay separate import duties or customs fees for destinations in Europe* and the USA. All prices include import duties, brokerage/customs clearance fees. What you pay at check out is what you will pay for your purchase. If your country is not the USA or Europe*, there may be some additional charges at import – contact us for details.
*European contries which have no separate import duties or customs charges: Germany, France, Poland, Czech, Austria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Bulgaria, Estonia, Luxembourg, Sweden, Lithuania, Croatia, Romania, Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Meli) Lia), Portugal (excluding the Portuguese Azores and Madeira), Northern Ireland, Finland, Greece.

For AI Robots, you receive a 1 year electromechanical manufacture’s warranty* covering all non-human damage (you are responsible for the cost to return the item to the manufacture) where we will repair or replace the component at no charge and ship it back to you at our cost – if the component was found to be defective. After the first year, we provide a 3-year paid service warranty. Support is available by email or phone so no worries if you need some help and software updates available over the Internet are always free.
* We do not take any sex doll bodies back into our facility due to health concerns for our employees. We are always available to give assistance through email and by phone as needed, however.
We perform a quality check on your AI Robot doll before we ship to you. Your doll is shipped in a high-quality professional shipping case* and not a cardboard box and therefore should arrive in perfect condition. It is unlikely your doll has any defect, however, in the event, you receive a defective product, we will provide all the necessary repair kits and/or assistance to help you fix the item. If other damage occurred during shipping or import we cannot be responsible as the product leaves our facility in perfect condition. Photos of your doll are taken prior to shipping.
Orders for Products may be canceled by the Buyer within twenty-four (24) hours of the date and time of purchase ("24-Hour Cancellation Period") for a refund of funds paid to the Buyer's original payment method ( subject to processing and taxes or 150.00 euros). Hotrealdolls must receive the cancellation request within the 24 hour cancellation period - no exceptions can be made. The following terms apply after the 24 hour cancellation period:
Dolls is a customized product created specifically for the buyer. After the 24 hour period, an order will be processed and cannot be canceled for any reason.
Hotrealdolls will confirm the order details via e-mail with the Buyer, if the Buyer confirms the order details as correct, from that moment the order cannot be canceled or returned for any reason. If Buyers wish to modify, modify or update the order, they should contact Hotrealdolls as soon as possible to request the changes and to see if the changes are possible.
If for exceptional reasons the cancellation is accepted by the Seller after the cancellation period of 24 hours. Cancellation will be subject to a Seller's restocking fee ("Restocking Fee") of fifty percent (50.0%) of the Product order value. Hotrealdolls will provide the Buyer with a refund of the funds paid less the restocking fee on the Buyer's original payment method and other fees such as processing and transaction fees may apply.
After a Product has been shipped to the Buyer, THE SALE IS FINAL and cannot be canceled or returned for any reason.
If the item is damaged due to improper use, you are not entitled to any replacement and you must pay for the repair and all shipping costs.
If, for any reason, you return your doll to us without prior authorization, we will immediately destroy the item and you will not be entitled to replacements, repairs, refunds or vouchers.
Although we want to fully satisfy all our customers, our company policy is: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS - AI SEX DOLL ROBOT
No devices are or apps are needs – all functions are built into the doll. You will be able to freely communicate with your doll.
Yes, future software updates will be uploaded to your doll via the wireless connection which connects to the Internet. All updates are applied over the Internet and all future software updates are free.
Your doll is capable of holding both non-sexual conversations and sexual conversations.She will talk dirty to you when you desire or she may tell you a joke. The more you converse with your doll, the smarter she will become.
Yes, a feature called DIY programming is now available for the AI Sex Doll Robot. This features allows you to customize your input and the dolls response. Effectively you can have her respond to exactly what you say exactly the way you want her too. This includes including your name in any response. Many of her AI responses will be perfectly suitable but if you want to change it or fine tune her response you can do that now. DIY programming is available on an annual subscription basis.

Her AI Response might be be: Yes Marco, I am here to serve your needs.
Her custom response could be:You are my one and only, I love you so much Marco. You make me so happy Marco, I can’t live without you and will love you forever, and ever and ever.
She has moving body parts – her head/neck moves, her eyes/eyelids move and her lips move when she speaks. She cannot move her arms and legs nor can she walk.
Future versions are planned for additional movement.
The doll’s head, neck, eyes and mouth are robotic and are responsive to inputs. Her mouth and lips move and sync to her speech
SHIPPING
Your privacy is our priority. Your doll will be discretely shipped in a professional quality shipping case and very well protected against any possible damage during shipping. No one knows what’s in the box except you!
Once your order is placed we require 3 weeks for production plus shipping. You should expect to receive your doll within 4 weeks of placing your order. Occasionally, due to high demand or if a doll does not pass our quality tests, we will need more than 3 weeks for production, we will let you know if this happens. Our dolls ship directly from the manufacturer and must clear customs in your country. We have an expedited customs clearance process, but delays in customs can occur.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and charged your credit card or confirmed financing has been approved. We will review every doll order manually to make sure that we aren’t missing any customization option, that the doll that you have built makes sense and to ensure that your AI sex doll will satisfy your needs.
We will start building or reaching out to the manufacturer to confirm that the product is available and your doll will start the manufacturing process. Within 3-5 days normally you will be notified of the expected production completion date.
If you want to change some details or customization options in your sex doll purchase please reply asap to the confirmation email and we will get back to you on whether it is possible to make any changes.
We will send you a picture or video of your doll as it goes through our QA process. Our quality control process is detailed, so we are confident your doll will be produced with the options chosen. However, a mistake can happen and if informed within 12 hrs of the photo/video being sent, we will correct any order discrepancies before we ship your doll.
Within 48 hours of your doll being shipped we will send you your package tracking number. Your AI Sex Doll Robot will be shipped via UPS Air Express or FedEx Air Express and delivered to your door.

Please note:
- Fraud prevention rules allow us to only ship to the verified billing address. The only exception is if you want the doll to be delivered to a FedEx for your pick-up. Please notify us in advance and add an alternative address as your shipping address when you check out.
- Your customized sex doll which is created especially for you. Once in production, orders can not be canceled for any reason, and payment cannot be refunded.
- Dolls are shipped directly from our factory in China to your location via UPS or FedEx express at our discretion.
- Customs Agents may open your dolls box for inspection during transport.
- Shipping time is generally 7 days but will vary depending on location and customs clearance times.
- On the rare occasion, an unavoidable delay may occur during the production of your doll, of which we will notify you via email.
- We will update your order with tracking numbers when your doll and accessories ship.
- Your doll will be delivered directly to your home, discreetly, in an unmarked package. A signature is required for delivery. Alternatively, in most cases, you can choose to collect your doll from the courier's depot. Contact the courier as soon as you receive the tracking number to make the necessary arrangements.
As this is a custom product created just for you, once your order is sent to production, your order may not be canceled for any reason.
Due to holidays, festivities or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.
Shipment is discreet and signature is required for delivery.
Shipping Partners
We use FedEx, DHL or UPS. As soon as your doll is ready for shipping, we’ll provide the tracking number so that you can estimate her arrival date and time.

* Applies to AI Sex Robot dolls only. Hotrealdolls Ascanio Tugnoli srl are shipped in standard shipping cartons – but are well packaged and protected. We only ship our AI Sex Robot in shipping cases to ensure no damage occurs to the AI and robotic mechanisms during shipping.
Many customers prefer that we have the courier hold your shipment for pickup. To arrange that please contact the courier company directly once you receive your tracking number. It is usually no problem to hold your shipment at their depot to pickup or making specific date arrangements for delivery so suite your requirements.
DOLL WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE REPAIRS
The doll must be returned to the manufacturer who will carry out the appropriate checks and repairs.
If you believe that a joint has broken, contact our technical department immediately. Our qualified representatives can help you understand if the joint is actually broken or not. In the event of an outage, a replacement joint can be purchased and our team will provide you with detailed information on how to properly perform the repair.
If a finger thread passes through the M-TPE silicone fingertip, simply push it back into the silicone. If you wish, you can patch the hole with a silicone repair kit or you can leave it as it is. This is not a serious problem and can typically be avoided with careful hand placement.
The M-TPE flesh of the companion robot doll is colored in the hue of your choice when your robot doll is cast in our molds. Details, such as the lips, are painted with colored silicone. Once applied, the colored silicone actually becomes part of the doll's skin. Under normal circumstances, it should never rub. Prolonged “dry” rubbing of painted areas may, however, begin to erode the paint.
Hotrealdolls dolls are very sturdy, but not meant to withstand extremely violent abuse. If a joint breaks, contact us to purchase replacement parts and receive instructions on how to best complete the repair. In the unlikely event of a tear in the flesh of the M-TPE, you can easily repair the damage yourself with commercial quality silicone caulking, which you can find at your local hardware store.
